Abby Black has been passionate about nutrition since middle school.  She graduated from Purdue University double majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health. Abby has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for over 16 years and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) for over 12 years.  Look at Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a description of what an RDN is and what services to expect from an RDN. Abby has been an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist since 2001. Most recently, Abby completed training and examination and is now a Certified LEAP Therapist.

Abby's goal is to help you, as an individual, turn your health around with  AB Nutrition Solutions. In addition to Abby helping many clients throughout her years as a RDN, CDE, CLT, and ACSM EP-C, Abby has also teamed up with local organizations including Renaissance Athletic Club, Whirlpool Corporation, Lake Michigan College, Roger's Foodland, Martin's Cooking School, and Lakeshore Public Schools to provide nutrition seminars and weight management workshops. Corporate Wellness details the multiple options for corporations to select.
